We kindly ask for a minimum 24-hour notice in case you need to cancel an appointment. This allows other clients the chance to reserve that time slot.

We recognize that sometimes changes to your schedule are unavoidable. However, late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of your appointment cost, which is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Our providers rely on individual client bookings to sustain their livelihood, even when unforeseen circumstances arise. The 24-hour notice requirement is in place to help us fill the therapist's schedule.
